Improving the button hover effect.

Describe the bug The scaling effect of the buttons in the website is disrupting the layout of the cards styling which is not going with the look of the cards. Also the text and button alignment is not proper.

I would like to fix the ui of the button and put another hover effect for example shadow to the button.

Please assign this issue to me under HacatoberFest2023.
