Feature Request: V2Ray API user stats

Currently sing-box supports only inbound/outbound stats in V2Ray API.

It will be good to add users metrics for track each user separately.

Example:

user>>>user-1>>>traffic>>>uplink
user>>>user-1>>>traffic>>>downlink
