[ Draggable ] toggling any of upper menu plugins crashes the page when dragging

Current behaviour

  1. Open Draggable
  2. Drag any element to see it works
  3. Toggle Language / Rounded corners plugin
  4. Drag any element
  5. The webpage crashes with an error in console

Expected behaviour

No crushes should occur after toggling on/off our internal plugins
