Announcement: Sample Code
I've had some example code kicking around for a while and thought it's probably long past time that I shared these somewhere. So, I've published them to GitHub here: https://github.com/darroncockram/sdatasamples. These samples all use the SIF (https://github.com/Sage/sdata-downloads) and run against the Sage 50 Accounts (UK version) Sdata adapter. They are not official samples and provided as is. Hopefully you will find them useful.
Hi Darran I worte to sage some 3 years ago now about exposing Audit splits made available to Sdata do you know if that has been implemeted as sage has contacted me recently simply say "I'm Michael from Sage and I'll be using all of these ideas to consider what we should be building into Sage 50 Accounts over the coming 18 months. We'll let you know the outcome of your idea." but no real answer as to if or when they might implement this, as a php developer it would be a major step forward for me and developers of many other languages
It's not been implemented just yet I'm afraid. The Accounts team certainly consider all ideas that are submitted but there is unfortunately no guarantee as to whether something will definitely be taken forwards or not. Certainly more common/popular suggestions are more likely to be taken forwards so if there are other devs out there who want to see the audit splits exposed to Sdata please up-vote it here https://sagecity.na.sage.com/gb/sage-50-accounts-and-sage-50cloud-accounts-uk/i/sage-50-accounts-and-sage-50cloud-accounts-ideas/audit-splits-made-available-to-sdata
