Allow "Share with anyone with the link" to be set to the default for new questions

I want to be pretty careful about not tripping people up by having questions not have the visibility they expect. E.g. I am concerned about a scenario where someone creates a sensitive question and assumes it will be private by default, but actually it's something else.

What are some implementations that would mitigate this issue?

One would be to have a settings page, but this would be a significant work, and goes against our principles of trying to keep Fatebook as lean & simple as possible.
