Students can get stuck on "No internet" error page
Disclaimer: This is not really a bug, but not really a feature request.
Describe the bug
If the network connection is lost while the page is loading or if the student clicks a link/button while the network is down, they land on the "No internet" error page.
If navigation has not been explicitly activated, the student will have no "Back" button, so they cannot go back to the exam. On the other hand, when they click "Reload", the browser just reloads the error page instead of re-submitting the form or re-trying the failed request.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Take an exam that needs to be done with SEB, e. g. in Moodle.
- Disconnect the computer's network.
- Click "Finish attempt" (in Moodle) or try to submit your answers.
- You are now stuck on the "No internet" error page. (The one with the dinosaur.)
Expected behavior
Even if the teacher has not explicitly allowed navigation for the exam, I would expect there to be a possibility for students to get back to their exam and/or to try to resubmit their form.
Teachers often do not know that they could allow navigation. And when they disallow it, they probably don't have that error page in mind.
Version Information
Current SEB on Windows.
