SEB Stuck on white screen upon exam launch

Describe the bug End users are reporting getting "stuck" on a white screen upon launching their exams. Unable to move past the white screen and users are forced to close the Safe Exam Browser upon launch failure. Issue only occurs on MacOs devices.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Unable to reproduce
Expected behavior Users should be able to see the exam content upon launching their exams from our application.

Version Information Please complete the following information:
- OS: Monterey 12.7.6
- SEB Version 3.3, 3.4.1, 3.5
Additional Context Seems to be only an issue with MacOS, this has been reported to us by multiple end users across different versions of macOS.
- Always send SEB log files (in directory ~/Library/Logs/Safe Exam Browser/ on Mac, use Settings app / SEB / Initiate Sending
