How to whitelist a list of IPs/IP Range and Bot Engines?

Hello, I want to whitelist an IP or a list of IPv4, IPv6 (Range), crawler Bots like Googlebot, Bingbot ... and Analytics Bots like Ahref, Semrush or Monitor services like uptimerobot ... then how do I set the rule to be able to bypass all the rules of the enabled rulesets? Thank you.

You can set IP white list just in the site setting or write a lua rule or plugin to do the same thing
