Microphone Support

Citra emulator doesn't have microphone support yet. So many games can't be played. Please add this when the official version comes out.

citra upstream has microphone support, but adding android support will take a little extra work as the library used for reading real mic data doesn't work on android, but the code is set up so that you can easily add a new mic implementation without having to rewrite a ton of stuff.
