[IMPROVEMENT] - FriendNotifications

Describe the solution you'd like Opened a ticket a few months ago for FriendNotifications losing features and eventually winding up in an unusable state even causing stability issues with discord(blanking the memberlist and channels/chat every few minutes,causing a reset of the entire client) Could there be any effort in restoring this plugin to a working state?

Additional context Fails to notice status changes across platform(desktop,mobile,browser) and states(online,idle,dnd),fails to record offline states,will show a status notification of "offline" hours after user actually went offline.
