:triangular_flag_on_post: add rediscovered button on host

Netbox version Plugin Version Agent version Docker API Version
3.7.* 1.11.0 * *

Actual Behavior

Today if any changes are made on the host thourgh docker commands we have a desynchronized netbox plugin vs agent. The only way to rediscoved is to remove the host and readd it.

Desired Behavior

By adding a "refresh" (named to be defined) on the host we would be able to clean all the host information and repopulate it.
