Trade Advisor's report is cut off (doesn't show "Discoveries: [number of turns]") at a certain number of cities

With a number of cities that is close to the number of text lines on the Trade Advisor's report page, the last line is cut off. This particular screen was on the third Trade Advisor report screen.

This is what is supposed to be shown.

Well, it's not an exploitable bug. It's just a problem. I don't see any reason to support emulation of this particular issue. It is not a good or nostalgic part of Civilization.

I will add a patch for this in the next version, but it's not a high priority issue.
