Decide format for publishing

We want to put this up in something like a wiki; do we want to try to just do a conversion of the LaTeX into Wiki markup? If so, which wiki should this be? If not, is there another format that would be more suitable

In any case, Pandoc will probably be an easy initial step to convert most of the LaTeX, although I imagine there will still be some finagling to fix formatting, figures, code examples, etc.
