Add support for mROI

ScanImage Premium allows users to do mROI imaging. I think it would be very helpful if mpqc also supports data acquired with mROI imaging, particularly to measure

  • PSF across mROI
  • illumination homogeneity across mROI

I will start to play around with data and existing scripts to see how straightforward this customization is.
