This repo is very definitely no longer "measurePSF". Alternatives:

  • multiphoton_standardisation
  • multiphoton_qc
  • scanimage_standardisation_tools
  • scanimage_qc_tools

Once decided we need to rename a load of stuff because everything is nested in +mpsd. I like the ring of +mpqc

mpqc has a good ring to it it. Let's do that. The repo name can be "MultiphotonQC" with the README titled "ScanImage Multiphoton Quality Control"

  • rename main module: 2271d32c731926a7c41b7148c589ffaf4fbac4f4
  • rename mpsf to mpqc: 6bf24175a80cc382cdccaee811bac61af86e3f1b
