Add GPT Support

Add support for translating with GPT, All api that meet the OpenAI v1 specification can be used.

Thanks a lot for your PR! @SUSYUSTC we will review these changes and merge your PR soon. Sorry again for following up so late. We will probably also change the setup.py since we would not require our users to install openai, but we could make it is an optional choice.
