config file option not documented

the config file option is not documented but exists. Its also not mentioned in the pillar.example file where it at minimal should be shown

https://github.com/SUSE/saphanabootstrap-formula/blob/09a6ec3dfbc2bd72fcebb7053e6556d9e7fc30c8/hana/install.sls#L20 is the piece of code which lets you set a config_file.
