cephdisks.list shows mounted disk

Description of Issue/Question

Mounting an nvme drive did not remove it from the cephdisks.list output.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

• create a filesystem (in this case xfs) on the device (mkfs.xfs /dev/nvme0n1)
• mount it mount /dev/nvme0n1 /mnt
• to make sure the data is fresh: flush and update the mine salt-call mine.flush; salt-call mine.update
• check cephdisks.lists output salt-call cephdisks.list
