Make the deepsea command handle "ctrl-c"

Description of Issue/Question

In case a salt-orchestration is run via deepsea - i.e. when doing an upgrade or new deployment - it can be very sub-optimal in case ctrl-c is pressed by accident.

Could we get the deepsea command enhanced to handle "ctrl-c" and ask the admin if he really wants to stop the process?
