Description of Issue/Question

More validations pre upgrade

  1. Are all config files where we expect them to be
  2. Is the pillar populated with the information we need. (available-roles etc.)
  3. Same for grains
  4. Make aware of changes that take place in the new release. (conf in mons)
  5. Backup conf files.
  6. Check for custom files and notify if those have a new structure in SES6
  7. Check configs for deprecated k:v
  8. Handle oA migration
  9. Handle monitoring stack -> migration to separate role
  10. Iscsi changes
