Support team admin accounts

There's currently no concept of an "admin" account. In an ideal world, the lead scout could generate a link from his/her master device to be shared with all the scouters. The link would install and open Robot Scouter while linking those two accounts together. That way everybody could be signed in with their own accounts and have their own personal settings, but share the scouting data. And template editing could be locked to just the master account.
