Rethink editing template metric defaults

Currently, the template metric UI lets you set defaults by using the same UI that's available when actually scouting. This is weird though because why would you want to add pre-existing stopwatch laps? We need to rethink the template editing UI and judiciously provide the ability to edit defaults.
