Provide postcard layouts using Display Suite templates

Display Suite provides some default layouts that are not responsive. Open Framework already includes CSS for postcard layouts.

Create custom DS templates to match the four postcard layouts.

• postcard-left
• postcard-left-wrap
• postcard-right
• postcard-right-wrap
