When IOChaos takes effects, it is **required** to create a new mount point (mounted as chaosfs) nearby the origin mount-point. So read-only root filesystem not works with IOChaos. ref: https://chaos-mesh.org/blog/how-to-simulate-io-faults-at-runtime/
