Fix #110 falsely setting is_initialized to 1 regardless of driver return value

I hope you are doing well. Back to you about this contribution of yours. Thank you very much. The fix has been implemented in the frame of version r0.12c (18-Aug-2023) of the FatFs middleware library, which is part of release 1.28.0 of the STM32CubeF4 firmware.
