New feature to revert the recent Scratch update that displays old followers and followings, restoring the view of the most recent ones

Originally coded this with ScratchTools.waitForElements but that seems to be unreliable and takes multiple reloads to take effect (Related: #939), so I used a normal querySelector for now. Once that module is fixed, we can edit the code back.
