clone counter color hard to read

How does the feature work?

The color of the clone counter text is very hard to read on dark mode. Is there a way to adjust this? It is also poorly placed IMHO, but I am not sure where I would put it.

What situations would make this helpful?

people using dark mode, for one, but others as well.
