Easter egg system

Currently, ScratchTools has a few easter eggs, but they're shown to everyone. We used to do the "click the logo 5 times," but that was removed during the settings page rewrite.

Whether it's the same system or not, an easter egg system needs to be added before merging other easter eggs.
