copy of unlisted project shows copy as unlisted

Describe the bug. What is going wrong?

nb. this is still version 2.26, I haven't gotten 2.27 yet.

making a copy of an unlisted project shows the project as unlisted (has make private button), even though the copy is not unlisted. Reload fixes.

What is causing the bug?

make blank project. Unlist it. It shows Make private button. reload for safety. Still shows make private button save as a copy. Shows Make private button (incorrectly).

reload. Shows make unlisted. (this appears correct)
