Enhancement on the feature cards

Describe the bug I would like to add hovering effect on the cards in feature section. I will tend to slightly highlight and raise them on hovering. Also I want to enhance the heading to differentiate it with its content making it more appealing under HACTOBERFEST'22

I like this idea. The features themselves are outdated and need to be changed, and it would be easier to make these changes at the same time.
