Customizable Shape Outlines tool does not work

Describe the bug. What is going wrong?

Normally, opening the outline color editing panel shows buttons for changing the outline type. For maybe a few months now, the buttons have not been showing, and thus, it is impossible to change the shape outline through the UI. I'm not familiar with ScratchTools's code, but if you'd like, I can try to fix it myself and submit a PR. I feel like this isn't the most widely-used tool out there but it would still be nice to have.

What is causing the bug?

This may be caused by me having Scratch Addons also installed, but the tool has worked fine before and the bug only started happening some time around the Face Sensing update (because of course it was the Face Sensing update... smh)
