Dashboard - allow drop of quantity kind parameters only for now

Description

In the dashboard, the current initial implementation is meaningful for quantity kind parameters. This is currently still allowed, see screenshot, but this may only add confusion for the purpose of this dashboard view (mainly to show changes and graphs).

Suggest to disallow dropping any of the other parameter types (boolean, text, date etc.), at least for the time being.

A request to extending this view with some handling of non-quantity kinds may serve a purpose as well (with the exception of the graph, showing other parameters in the dashboard may in itself be useful, and it will be possible to compare e.g. dates) #367
