Common File Store browser not properly disposed after closing related model

• common file store browser not properly disposed/ closed if this was open, stays open in IME (without any possible actions)
• context menu item on common file store icon on the model tab stays active, not properly removed (i.e. can re-open browser for closed model, again without any possible actions) see red items in screenshot

steps to reproduce:

• open model
• open/ create common file store (optionally with some folders, file)
• close model

tested with IME version 11.0.0.4 on web services 9.0.0 and 10.0.0
