Engineering Model Organisations tab with impact on model visibility - suggestion to change to toggle on and off to activate feature

Description

editing an engineering model, if a user unintentionally fills in organisations on the Organisations tab, without the intention of really using this for what it is intended for, this can easily lead to unexpected issues in "normal" usage, where participants without the correct organisation assignment are suddenly not able to work on a model, see it etc.

Suggest to change the Organisations tab on the Edit Engineering Model dialog to a toggle mode to activate this feature, with a pop-up message with short explanation. ("this is a security feature that may prevent active participants from interacting with (parts of) the model, are you sure you want to activate it?" or something like that)

note: intended use of this feature needs to be included in manual as well
