Option 'Select All' also selects deprecated items

Description

In the Edit EngineeringModelSetup Dialog on the Active Domain tab you can use the Select All checkbox. It selects all DoEs, but it also selects deprecated DoE's. As a Deprecated DoE should not be selectable/deselectable, this should no be allowed.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open EngineeringModelSetup edit Dialog.
• Select Active Domain tab (2nd tab)
• Show deprecated domains using the button in the upper right corner of this tab
• Press the checkbox (Select All) in the list op Domains.
• When you select/unselect all, the deprecated items also change
