[REFACTOR] ObjectBrowser AutoGen RowViewModels

Description

ObjectBrowser row viewmodels are auto generated using a T4 script. This should be refactored using DotLiquid.

Don't forget handcoded change in ReferenceDataLibraryRowViewModel, that adds CDPMessageBus capabilities. Probably a good idea to check if other hand coded changes have been made in the past.
