Rule verification: add user-friendly feedback

Description

Rule verification: add user-friendly feedback examples: better overview of missing items (e.g. info on short names of missing parameters is only at end of long string), not in one sentence or possibility to extend (now only able to make column larger, which has its limits)

include names and not only IDs in feedback

Also request to provide maybe highlighting possibility to modelling items with issues (and/or visual clues in the model browsers itself, as result of the model checking mechanisms)

(note: reported now for version 10.0.0.1, but not linked to this version)
