Excel client: Dialogs not always popping up in excel client when selecting items in context menus for various browsers

Description

The issue is not exactly reproducible it seems, for similar actions sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Noticed issue multiple times (i.e. at least 10-15 instances) in different browsers opened in excel client. In general, it didn’t matter if first the item was selected or not before right mouse clicking to get the context menu. Examples of browsers with issue occurring:

• Persons browser, context menu inspect person
• Element Definitions browser, context menu item create parameter group for object
• Persons browser, context menu edit person
• Roles browser, context menu create person role
• Roles browser, context menu create participant role

Steps to Reproduce

Test performed with 10.0.0.1, on local server (web services 7.1.1), engineering model 202308 TRC 10001, all steps using default admin user.

open excel, log in with admin user, open browsers and try the various menu items. as said, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but for every couple of tries, at least a couple failed for me in multiple separate testing sessions, so in any case reproducible on my testing setup
