v10.0.0.1, tested with admin user on dev-server

Element Definitions browser - create participant menu item greyed out, not possible to create participant

not possible to create participants in model

Steps to Reproduce

version 10.0.0.1 IME, open IME with admin credentials create model check context menu: create participants greyed out

Note: noticed by Alexander that Team Composition is working, so a workaround it is in any case possible to add and edit participants for an engineering model
