Requirement Specification Editor does not work as described in manual and shows deprecated things

Prerequisites

Description

I checked out the Requirement Specification Editor as it was described in the manual and I didn't know about it. there are several issues with this:

1. it shows deprecated requirements
2. it should display all requirements in a specification, but it doesn't, I think it may have to do with not having groups in there.
3. it should do something with colours, didn't see that
4. I would expect a button to go here, it is now only accessible from the context menu.
