Update filtering possibility to see and assign deprecated domain to model

Description

Apply filtering possibility to see and assign deprecated domain to model. from #1022 first part seems to have been implemented, deprecated domains by default not shown in list of active domains for an engineering model.

second part/comment seems to be missing however, possibility to assign a deprecated domain as active domain: using toggle icon, the deprecated domain is given as non-editable greyed out line.

Update filtering possibility to see and assign deprecated domain to model, i.e. make line editable, to update the checkbox for domain assignment.
