Translations consistency - capitalization normalization

I'd like to improve the translations in my language (Dutch), but I'm seeing a lot of inconsistency between strings and languages. One time a word is capatalized or capitalized in one language (at least when I compare Dutch and English). I'm also not really satisfied with some words that are translated when it's a name, like Pokéstop. My suggestion is to create a list with formats to use for all (upcoming) translations.

To begin, I'd like to suggest to put all words in normal casing (like starting capitalized) and apply additional styling in the XAML files itself (like when complete words have to be capitalized).

If you'd like to add a format, please post it here, as I see this as an issue and not as a feature.
