NullRefException when loggin in

• Phone type: Lumia 920
• App version:1.0.51 and 1.0.52

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to login using PTC account

Actual behavior

Exception occurs: NullReferenceException at VersionData.get_HashSeed1() at SetRequestEnvelopeUnknown6..... at GetInitialRequestEnvelope

Expected behavior

Login succeeds

Other information

From memory 1.0.51 was working, then this error started appearing, Today v52 downloaded, installed, and the error is the same.

I have the same issue i.e. after every automatic update, the app no longer works. You have to uninstall the app and download the new version manually. Is it possible to disable the automatic updates?

Well, I wouldnt recomment disabling auto updates, since the latest bunch of fast updates were for your account security, since the API was constantly changing.

Though once you see the update, you can just delete the app and go to github to download it manually, no need to disable the auto-update anyway.

i have the same, but i restarted app and i logged in normally, try restart your phone

Just restart the app, close and open, it works xd
