App crash sometimes results in app closing

Soooo, from this form, all I can understand is that the app is crashing... You do realize this doesnt help much narrowing it down, right?

ejem, hello, the app is running normally, and when it crashes for unknow reasons for me a message is appear, that says "The app does not running good, you can to restart it?" only is click yes and the app is closed, but that is not the problem, the problem is the dialog or msgbox when appears every 2 minutes, or change 2nd stage apps to reaunuding.

There is automatic relogin process in 29, but when it fails and the actual relogin fails, it rather closes itself, than doing a login fail cycle, that could get you banned.
