About the PSNR

Open Lucknicking opened this issue 3 years ago • 13 comments

I've been running your code recently. But my final PSNR value is about 26. The PSNR value written in your paper is above 40. I use the AAPM dataset. Is it because of the dataset?

Hi, how did you repeat the success, I would appreciate it if you could share.

His code can be run directly. I don't know what's wrong with you?

I can't run python prep.py successfully, because I'm using my own dicom file, do I need to change the file lookup path? Thank you very much for your guidance.

If you want to run your own dataset, you may need to modify the pred code. After all, your file path format does not match his requirements, or you can modify your file name and path to the format required in his readme file.

I encountered the same problem as you, may I ask why?

I changed to another dataset. I used AAPM 3mm data.

Thank you for your reply. I am also using the AAPM 3mm B30,dataset:https://aapm.app.box.com/s/eaw4jddb53keg1bptavvvd1sf4x3pe9h/folder/144799205162, as shown in the image. However, I cannot achieve the results mentioned in the paper. Could you please share your dataset? image

I can’t remember if I used B30. Maybe I used D45. The PSNR of the final LDCT was 29.2489.

Thank you very much, I will use D45 to test it later.

I'm not particularly sure, but there is a dataset where the PSNR of L506 is 29.2489.

I'm not very clear about this either. They should be using data from 1mm or other situations.
