There are a lot of old rules that are not relevant or are made redundant by newer rules/processes

Suggested Solution

Generate a list of rule, ordered by age (oldest rule first) Allow people to sort through the list and mark them as 'reviewed'

Acceptance Criteria

I can see a list of rules by age I can see if they have been reviewed I can mark rules as reviewed
