Describe the Bug

There is currently no return button for users who have logged out of RulesGPT, making navigating back to the site harder.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to RulesGPT
2. Sign in
3. Sign out
4. See error

Expected Behavior

Tasks

• [ ] Investigate
• [ ] Fix

Acceptance Criteria

User should be able to navigate back without reentering URL or hitting back button.
