♻️ Refine system prompt

Hi

Pain

The system prompt is mostly the same as it was when it was initially written, but has had things added. We should shorten and refine the prompt to save tokens.

Rules GPT feels "cheesy” and uses too many emoji’s.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The prompt should be shortened and refined whilst still maintaining current functionality.
  2. RulesGPT should use less emojis and be more direct and literal.
