Sprint Retrospective

As part of our commitment to inspect and adapt as a team we conduct a Sprint Retrospective at the end of every Sprint. Here are the results of our Sprint Retrospective:

What went well? +1 -0 Picked up a few important issues before /NEW +1 -0 Lots of work done by Zach this sprint +1 -0 The app was working well during conferences. No crashes. +1 -0 Large amount of bugs fixed +0 -0 Some good quality of life improvements

What didn’t go so well? +1 -0 No Anton or others on project 🙁 +0 -0 We have functionality in production which is not working - e.g. Prize Draw. It should not be visible to users.

What improvements will be made for the next Sprint? None.
