:children_crossing: UX | iOS | Prompt user that camera access was disabled when going back to Scanner

When the app asked for permission to use my camera I declined.

When I exit and re-enter the scanner menu, most apps will then prompt the user that the access has been disabled and you can either hit OK or click a button which sends you to the settings screen where you can then manually enable the access.

Not every user knows where to go and how to enable it once they (accidentally) press "do not allow" on the prompt.

Now if the user declined permissions to camera, we show a snackbar saying that they should give access in Settings. That's an OK solution, but it would be great if we could send the user directly to the proper location in Settings.
